Notice is hereby given that, by a Deed Poll dated 29 October 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 29 October 2003, Deborah Lianne Antonio, the person having parental responsibility for TILLILA DEBBIE ANTONIO, of Talordde, Hillhead, St Stephen, St Austell PL26 7QQ, single and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Tillila Debbie Lahlimi and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Tillila Debbie Antonio.
