Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 18 March 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 21 March 2005, ALEV SCOTT, 8 Upper Park Road, London NW3 2UP, who is single and a British citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Alev Adam and assumed the name of Alev Scott. 21 March 2005.
