The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 15668 of The London Gazette dated 5 December 2005:
COURT ORDER RELATING TO INSOLVENCY APPOINTMENTS
Mrs Sarah Rayment having left Vantis Numerica LLP has deemed it to be in the interests
of Creditors for her to apply to the Court to have her following appointments still
remaining with Vantis Numerica transferred to Insolvency Practitioners within Vantis
Numerica to ensure that these appointments continue to be dealt with in an expedient
and cost efficient way. In response to Mrs Rayment’s application the Court ordered,
on 4 November 2005, that the Insolvency Practitioners indicated be appointed to the
estates listed below in place of Mrs Rayment. There is also listed below those joint
appointments from which the Court removed Mrs Rayment without appointing a substitute.
Her joint appointee in each of these cases will continue in office as sole appointee.
Any Creditor who wishes the Court to review the Court Order must apply to the Court
