The East Riding of Yorkshire Lieutenancy

Mr Richard Marriott retired as Lord-Lieutenant of the East Riding of Yorkshire on Saturday 17 December 2005. A Dinner was held in his honour at Burton Agnes Hall, the home of his successor the Hon Mrs Susan Cunliffe-Lister, and was attended by Deputy Lieutenants and High Sheriff of the East Riding of Yorkshire. Early this year, Mr Rodger Booth, of Lund Farm, Lund was appointed by Mr Marriott to act as a Deputy Lieutenant for the East Riding of Yorkshire.
