(Reg No LP9614) Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Adjustopen Limited of the firm Gold 9 Property LP, carrying on the business of investment at c/o Pinder Fry & Benjamin LLP, Dolphin House, Abbas Business Centre, Main Road, Itchen Abbas, Winchester SO21 1BQ, transferred 150 participations (with a capital contribution of £1.50), to Clothco 05008 Limited on 18 January 2006, Clothco 05008 Limited subsequently transferred the same 150 participations (with a capital contribution of £1.50) to Clothco 05007 Limited on 18 January 2006.
