Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 November 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 13 November 2007, SYLBERT ROY FRASER, 286 Devonshire Road, Forest Hill, London SE23 3TH, is divorced, a Commonwealth citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Silbert Roy Fraser and assumed the name of Sylbert Roy Fraser.
