Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 5 April 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 15 May 2008 Mr Satinder Singh and Mrs Updesh Kaur as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said AKAAL KAUR who is a child single and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Akal Kaur and assumed the name of Akaal Kaur.
