Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 3 November 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 November 2008, Jean Barbara Simpson, 42 Shirley Grove, Edmonton, London, is married, a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Barbara Jean Simpson and assumed the name of Jean Barbara Simpson.
