Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 23 June 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 16 October 2009. Steven Charles Durrant, of 16 Park Avenue, Scottow, Norwich, Norfolk NR10 5BY, who is single and a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Steven Charles West and assumed the name of Steven Charles Durrant.
