Notice is hereby give that I, Jonathan Paul Philmore of RSM Tenon Recovery, Unit 1, Calder Close, Calder Park, Wakefield, WF4 3BA intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the above company within four months from 26 March 2010, being the last date for proving.
