               <p data-gazettes="Text">NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes
                  to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV
                  of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling
                  powers.

               <p data-gazettes="Text"><em><strong>The effect of the Orders would be to:—</strong></em></p>
            </div>
            <div data-gazettes="P">
               <p data-gazettes="Text"><em><strong>(a) introduce/extend/remove waiting restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this
                        notice;</strong></em></p>
            </div>
            <div data-gazettes="P">
               <p data-gazettes="Text"><em><strong>(b) remove the Ambulance bay and extend the Permit Holders Only parking place in South
                        Street, Bromley;</strong></em></p>
            </div>
            <div data-gazettes="P">
               <p data-gazettes="Text"><em><strong>(c) introduce an additional time restricted free parking space in Sayes Court Road,
                        St. Paul’s Cray as specified in the Schedule to this notice;</strong></em></p>
            </div>

               <p data-gazettes="Text"><em><strong>(d) introduce police parking bays as specified in the Schedule to this notice;</strong></em></p>

               <p data-gazettes="Text"><em><strong>(e) introduce an additional Pay and Display bay outside No. 207 Maple Road, Penge;</strong></em></p>

                  in the original Orders.

                  of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected during normal office
                  hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley,
                  Kent.
