Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 2.35(4A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Joint Administrators are conducting the business of a meeting of creditors of the company by correspondence under the provisions of paragraph 58 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the resolutions to be considered are for the approval or otherwise of an extension to the period of the Administration and an increase in Joint Administrators fee estimate.
