NOTICE is hereby given that on 20 March 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Dunfermline by MCC Building Services Limited (with company number SC300671), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 3 St. Davids Business Park, Dalgety Bay, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 9PF craving the Court inter alia that the said MCC Building Services Limited be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Claire Louise Middlebrook, qualified Insolvency Practitioner, Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice Limited, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh EH1 3PG be appointed as provisional liquidator of the said company; and in which Petition the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Dunfermline by Interlocutor dated 21 March 2017 ordained the company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dunfermline within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; and in the meantime appointed the said Claire Louise Middlebrook to be provisional liquidator of the company and authorised her to exercise, inter alia, the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986. All of which notice is hereby given.
