Notice is hereby given by Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig (IP Nos 8368 and 8584), both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP, the Joint Administrators, that a meeting of the creditors of Prime Structural Solutions Limited is to be conducted by correspondence pursuant to paragraph 58 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
