The Grounds & Jurisdiction: The grounds on which the winding-up order is sought are: Section 122(1)(g) Insolvency Act 1986 - "the Court is of the opinion that it is just and equitable that the company should be wound up"

as supported by the attached witness statement. The Company is not an undertaking within Article 1.2 of the EU Regulation on Insolvency Proceedings. For the reasons stated in the witness statement of Fiona Jayne Squire filed in support hereof, it is considered that: the EU Regulation on Insolvency Proceedings will not apply and these proceedings will be main or territorial proceedings as defined in the EU Regulation on Insolvency Proceedings.

In the circumstances it is just and equitable that the company should be wound up.

The order sought: The petitioner therefore applies for an order that:- the Company may be wound up by the court under the Insolvency Act 1986; or such other order may be made as the court thinks just.
