NOTICE OF AN AREA OF SPECIAL CONTROL ORDER

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (CONTROL OF ADVERTISEMENTS) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2007

1. The East Devon District Council has submitted to the Secretary of State for approval amendments to an area of special control order.

2. The order modifies the County of Devon (North and East Devon Area of Special Control of Advertisements) Order by adding and removing the land described in the Schedule to this notice and shown on the maps annexed to the order.

3. A copy of the order and of the statement of the Council’s reasons for making it have been deposited at Blackdown House, Border Road, Heath Park Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ and will be available for inspection, free of charge, between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm during any working day during the period 20th November 2019 and 14th January 2020. 4. Any objection to the order must be made in writing, stating the grounds for objection, and sent to the Planning Casework Unit 5 St Philips Place, Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2PW, or emailed to pcu@communities.gsi.gov.uk quoting the reference PCU/ADV/U1105/3232397 before 14th January 2020.
