The Department of Health has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) (Amendment No. 13) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020", (S.R. 2020 No. 212) which came into operation at 4.00 am on 3 October 2020.

This rule amends the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 to provide for any amendment to the principal Regulations to be considered a review for the purposes of this regulation.

Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Poland and Turkey are omitted from the list of countries and territories in Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations exempt from the requirement in regulation 4 of those Regulations to self-isolate for 14 days after arrival in Northern Ireland.
