The Department of Health has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 13) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020", (S.R. 2020 No. 250) which came into operation at 5.30 pm on 12 November 2020.

This rule amends the No.2 Regulations to impose additional requirements in relation to food and drink, new requirements in relation to social distancing and new requirements in relation to large gatherings. It also makes consequential amendments to the provisions on offences and penalties and fixed penalty notices.
