Letters Patent bearing date the 2nd day of September 2021 have passed the Great Seal of Northern Ireland appointing Dame Siobhan Keegan to be Lady Chief Justice of Northern Ireland.

The said Letters Patent were enrolled in the Central Office of the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland on 2nd day of September 2021.

Dame Siobhan Keegan made the Statutory Declaration of Office on 2nd day of September 2021 in the presence of The Right Honourable Sir Declan Morgan.

The Declaration was administered by Mr A E Wells, Clerk of the Crown for Northern Ireland.
