Notice is hereby given that on 10th February 2022 a Petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Peter & Julie Reynolds for an Order in terms of Section 1032 of the Companies Act 2006 to restore Hampton Legal Limited to the Register of Companies.   In which Petition, Sheriff Mann by interlocutor dated 11th February 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen, Sheriff Clerk’s Office, Queen Street, Aberdeen, AB10  1WP, within 21 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
