The Prince of Wales has been pleased to direct Letters Patent to be passed under the Privy Seal of His Royal Highness appointing Mr Andrew Nicholas Victor Williams of The Old Vicarage, Lanhydrock in the county of Cornwall, High Sheriff of Cornwall.
