Notice is hereby given that Charles Howard Ranby-Gorwood (IP No. 9129) of CRG Insolvency & Financial Recovery, Alexandra Dock Business Centre, Fisherman’s Wharf, Grimsby, DN31 1UL was appointed trustee of the above Debtor by the Secretary of State on 24 August 2022.

Notice is also hereby given that the creditors of the above named Debtor are required on or before 23 September 2022 to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debt to Charles Howard Ranby-Gorwood of CRG Insolvency & Financial Recovery, Alexandra Dock Business Centre, Fisherman's Wharf, Grimsby, DN31 1UL the trustee of the said Debtor and, if so required, by notice in writing by the said Trustee, to prove their debts and claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice or, in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
