A Petition craving restoration of the name of Isertal Limited to the Register of Companies has been presented to the Sheriffdom of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh. Intimation of the Petition upon the Walls of the Sheriff Court, Edinburgh, service upon Dorothy Bain KC, His Majesty’s Advocate, the Registrar of Companies, and advertisement in the Edinburgh Gazette and the Metro newspapers has been appointed by deliverance of the court dated 19 May 2023.
