Notice is hereby given that on 17 May 2023, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Falkirk by Richard John Winning, 11 Cow Wynd, Falkirk, FK1 1PL, craving the Court inter alia that American Hot Tubs Limited, a company incorporated in Scotland (under company number SC521235) and which latterly had its registered office at Building 1 Gateway Business Park, Grangemouth, Falkirk, Scotland, FK3 8WX be restored to the Register of Companies, in which Petition the Sheriff at Falkirk by Interlocutor dated 17 May 2023 appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Falkirk within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
