Notice is hereby given that on 21st June 2023, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton by Mark F Hollis, 33 Pembroke, East Kilbride, Glasgow, G74 3QD for an Order in terms of Section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006 to restore MFH Joinery Ltd, a company incorporated in Scotland (under company number SC678686) to the Register of Companies, in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 21 June 2023 appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
