Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been presented to the Sheriffdom of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by Mazum Ergus seeking restoration to the Register of Companies of Maz Ergus Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC726534) and having its registered office at 125 Dalry Road, Edinburgh, EH11 2DR (“the Company”) By Interlocutor dated 18 July 2023 the Sheriff appointed intimation of the Petition and Court Order on the SCTS website in lieu of the Walls of Court, service of the Petition and Court Order on the Registrar of Companies and on The Lord Advocate and Notice of the import of the Petition and Court Order to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within 21 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
