Notice is hereby given that on 12 March 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Greenock craving the Court, inter alia, that Cancer Care Commission Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC517542) which last had its registered office at c/o Douglas McDonald, 2 Octavia Buildings, Kilmacolm, Renfrewshire, PA13 4AE be restored to the Register of Companies; in which Petition the Sheriff at Greenock, by interlocutor dated 12 March 12, 2024, appointed any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto by with the Sheriff Clerk at Greenock, Sheriff Court House, 1 Nelson Street, Greenock, PA15 1TR within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
