This notice is addressed to current and former employees of Wolseley UK Ltd, Wolseley Group Ltd, Wolseley (Group Services) Limited, Wolseley Utilities Ltd, William Wilson Ltd, William Wilson Holdings Ltd, Bassetts (Wolseley) Ltd, Ideal Bathrooms (Wolseley) Ltd, Neville Lumb (Wolseley) Ltd, Ferguson UK Holdings Ltd, Brooks Group (UK) Ltd, Bathstore.com Ltd, Brandon Hire PLC, Encon Insulation Limited, Gill Insulation Eastern Ltd, Gill Insulation Nottinghamshire Ltd, P.F.C Surechem Ltd, Pre-Formed Components Ltd, Wholesale Supplies (C.I.) Ltd, Homeoutlet Online Ltd, Fusion Provida Holdco Ltd and the spouses, partners, children and dependants of such former employees.

The Trustee is in the process of winding up the Plan.

If you think you are entitled to benefits under the Plan and have not recently received any correspondence regarding the Plan, then you should contact the Trustee of the Plan by writing to:

You should provide this information not later than two months from the date on which this notice is published, after which the Trustee will proceed to wind up the Plan and will distribute the remaining assets of the Plan having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.

The Trustee shall not be liable to any person whose claims or demands they then have not had notice of, in respect of the assets of the Plan or any part of it so distributed.
