1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be:

a. Brougham Road - replace 6.6 metres of permit bay outside No. 37 Rivington Walk in Brougham Road with a personalised permit bay - 00278.

b. Church Walk - Outside No. 145 shorten the residents’ parking by 3.3 metres and introduce 12.2 metres of double yellow lines and double kerb blips, no waiting or loading "at any time" restrictions.

c. Dawson Street - (i) replace loading bay outside No. 5 Dawson Street with residents’ parking (ii) replace permit bay outside No. 8 Dawson Street with a loading bay.

d. De Beauvoir Road - replace the single yellow line waiting restrictions outside No. 79 De Beauvoir Road with double yellow lines, no waiting "at any time" restrictions.

e. King Edward’s Road - Replace 6.6 metres of permit bay outside No. 112 King Edward’s Road with a personalised permit bay – 00279.

f. Londesborough Road - replace 6.6 metres of resident permit bay outside Nos. 1 to 35 Londesborough House with a personalised permit bay - 00272.

g. Mildenhall Road - replace the disabled bay outside No. 52 Mildenhall Road with a permit bay.

h. NYE Bevan Estate - Replace an echelon permit bay adjacent to 117 to 128 Nye Bevan Estate with a 2.6 metre personalised permit bay – 00273.

i. Palatine Road - Replace 6.6 metres of permit bay outside No. 95 with a personalised permit bay – 00269.

j. Shafton Road - (i) Introduce a 6.6 metre personalised permit bay outside No. 4 Shafton Road - 00271 (ii) introduce a 6.6 metre disabled bay outside No. 5 Shafton Road by replacing a section of permit bay.

k. Southgate Grove - Replace 5.3 metres of residents’ parking at the eastern side of No. 17 Southgate Grove with double yellow lines, no waiting "at any time" restrictions;

l. Tryon Crescent - replace the disabled bay with a personalised permit bay outside No. 54 – 00274.

m. Wallis Road - Replace shared use parking bays outside Nos. 62 to 68 Wallis Road with double yellow lines, no waiting "at any time" restrictions.

n. Wenlock Street - Replace the disabled bay to the eastern side to Nos. 3 to 7 Wenlock Street with a personalised permit bay – 00275.

o. Wilberforce Road - replace 6.6 metres of permit bay outside No. 12 with a personalised permit bay – 00270.

Alternatively, such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to consultation.parking@hackney.gov.uk. within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
