THE CSM (UNITED KINGDOM) LIMITED PENSION SCHEME

NOTICE FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Trustee of the CSM (United Kingdom) Limited Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) hereby give notice for the purpose of section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme will shortly be wound up.

The Trustee wish to trace any persons who believe that they may have any right to benefits from the Scheme. Any such persons should write to the following address giving full details of their claim and any benefits that they think they are entitled to, including their full name, address, national insurance number and copies of any relevant documentation:

The Trustee of The CSM (United Kingdom) Limited Pension Scheme, 2 New Bailey, 6 Stanley Street, Salford, Greater Manchester M3 5GS.

Any claim must be registered with the Trustee by 7 August 2024.

Once the date specified above has passed, the Trustee will, in reliance on section 27 of the 1925 Act, distribute any remaining assets and wind up the Scheme without regard to the claims of any beneficiary of whom the Trustee have not had prior notice and without liability to or in respect of any person whose claim or entitlement has not been notified to them by 7 August 2024.
