Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make these Orders to:

1. Install 'at any time' waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.

2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:

i) Outside No. 5 Laburnum Avenue, West Drayton

ii) Outside No. 6 Laburnum Avenue, West Drayton

iii) Outside No. 114 Hartland Drive, Ruislip

iv) Outside No. 49 Hartland Drive, Ruislip

v) Outside No. 69 Sipson Way, Sipson (replacing part of the Zone H1 parking place)

vi) Outside No. 5 Maycock Grove, Northwood (replacing part of the Zone N parking place)

vii) Outside No. 51 Reservoir Road, Ruislip (replacing part of the Zone RL2 parking place)

viii) Outside No. 35 Nine Elms Avenue, Cowley

ix) Outside No. 105 Tudor Road, Hayes

x) Outside No. 24 Acacia Avenue, West Drayton

xi) Outside No. 6 Napier Court, Dunedin Way, Hayes

xii) Outside No. 46 Berberis Walk, West Drayton

3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:

i) Outside No. 1 Bembridge Gardens, Ruislip

ii) Outside No. 69 Warley Road, Hayes

iii) Outside No. 29 Lynmouth Drive, Ruislip

iv) Outside No. 23 Cranford Park Road, Hayes

v) Outside No. 52 Coleridge Way, West Drayton

vi) Outside No. 114 Clyfford Road, Ruislip

4. Remove part of the Zone MW permit holder parking place outside No. 15 Monarch’s Way, Ruislip and replace with ‘8am to 10pm’ waiting restrictions.

5. Reinstate the section of pay & display parking outside No. 105 Field End Road, Eastcote, with the same operational aspect as the existing adjacent pay & display parking bays.

GROSVENOR CRESCENT, HILLINGDON – Extend the existing double yellow lines on both sides of Grosvenor Crescent southeast of the junction with Windsor Avenue by 3 metres.

PARKFIELD CRESCENT, RUISLIP – Install double yellow lines on the inside of the corner next to No. 26 Parkfield Crescent.

SOUTHCOTE RISE, RUSLIP – Install double yellow lines across the entrances of to the access road opposite Nos. 3 to 7 and Nos. 13 and 15 Southcote Rise.

BARNHILL LANE, HAYES – Extend the existing double yellow lines adjacent to No. 18 Chatsworth Road by 22.5 metres northwestwards.

BEDWELL GARDENS, HAYES – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 13 Bedwell Gardens by 3.7 metres southwestwards.

BINSTEAD CLOSE, HAYES – Install double yellow lines at the junction adjacent to Nos. 17 and 3 Binstead Close.

BRADFIELD ROAD, RUISLIP – Install double yellow lines at the junction with Field End Road.

FIELD END ROAD, RUISLIP – Install double yellow lines at the junction with Bradfield Road.

GROSVENOR AVENUE, HAYES – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 172 Grosvenor Avenue southeastwards up to the common boundary of Nos. 170 and 172 Grosvenor Avenue.

MILDRED AVENUE, HAYES – Install double yellow lines at the junction with Colbrook Close.

COLBROOK CLOSE, HAYES – Install double yellow lines at the junction with Mildred Avenue.

MINET GARDENS, HAYES – Install double yellow lines at the junction with Halsway.

HALSWAY, HAYES – Install double yellow lines at the junction with Minet Gardens.

BURY STREET, RUISLIP – Install double yellow lines on the corner and the junction of the service road outside Nos. 105 and 107 Bury Street.

THORNTON AVENUE, WEST DRAYTON – Install double yellow lines on both sides of the road on both approaches to the roundabout at the junction with North Road.

NORTH ROAD, WEST DRAYTON – Install double yellow lines on both sides of the road on both approaches to the roundabout at the junction with Thornton Avenue.
