We, Christopher Andersen (IP No. 16070) of AABRS Limited, Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London, N2 8EY and Gary Paul Shankland (IP No. 009587) of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR and Jamie Taylor (IP No. 002748) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1066 London Road, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, SS9 3NA were appointed as Joint Administrators of the Company on 30 June 2023.

Pursuant to the Order of Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Mullen dated 5 June 2024, a scheme of distribution (“Scheme of Distribution”) was approved setting out how the Joint Administrators will deal with the distribution of client monies held by the Company at the time of its entry into administration (“Client Money Pool”).

To the extent that a client of the Company considers it may have outstanding balances with the Company and is entitled to a share of the Client Money Pool, they should submit their client money proof to the Joint Administrators as soon as possible but by no later than 7 December 2024 (“Bar Date”), unless they have already done so.

The Joint Administrators (or any subsequently appointed liquidators) intend to declare and make a distribution from the Client Money Pool, as soon as possible after the Bar Date. The distribution will be the first distribution being declared.

Any client that submits their client money proof after the Bar Date will not be entitled to any distribution of the Client Money Pool, but instead, the client will be deemed to have submitted a proof of debt in the administration (or subsequent liquidation) of the Company to the extent admitted by the Joint Administrators (or any subsequently appointed liquidators).
