A Petition to wind up Ards Rover & Mini Centre ("the partnership") at 3-5 Darragh Lane, Newtownards, County Down BT23 4AJ, whose nature of business is Vehicle Repairs, presented on 15 April 2024 by His Majesty's Revenue and Customs of 100 Parliament Street, London SW1A 2BQ claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Chichester Street, Belfast, BT1 3JE, on Thursday, 04 July 2024 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
