Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890 (the "Act"), and, to the extent necessary section 10(1) of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 (the "LP Act"), that on 17 June 2024, all assets of Daphne Co-invest LP, a limited partnership registered in England under the LP Act with registered number LP16722 (the "Partnership"), have been fully realised and the proceeds distributed and, accordingly, the Partnership will be dissolved. In accordance with the current limited partnership agreement relating to the Partnership, Antin Infrastructure Partners UK Limited shall act as the liquidating trustee of the Partnership.
