Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Pinebridge Credit Opportunities Portfolio II, L.P. (the “Transferor”) assigned the whole of its interest in Bridgepoint Credit Opportunities II LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP014967 (the “Partnership”), to Ares Private Markets Fund-ND LLC (the “Transferee”). As a consequence of such transfer, Transferee was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
