Notice is hereby given that on 17th May 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that Theskylinegroup Ltd, with its Registered Office at 14 Newton Place, care of Gallone & Co, Glasgow, G3 7PY be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutors dated 23rd May and 20th June both 2024 ordained the said Theskylinegroup Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Carlton Place, Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
