Notice is hereby given that on 3 July 2024 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Valentini (Scotland) Limited, Radleigh House, 1 Golf Road, Clarkston, Glasgow, G76 7HU craving the court, inter alia, to restore Roma Café Limited, a company formerly incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC704327) and formerly having its registered office at 46 Corn Mill Road, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow, G66 3TL, to the Register of Companies, in which petition, the Sheriff at Glasgow, by interlocutor dated 23 July 2024, appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 21 days after intimation, advertisement or service, all of which notice is hereby given.
