Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 02-11-2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 29-07-2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Millie Mae Colbrook, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Millie Mae Gollings and assumed the name of Millie Mae Colbrook.
