ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

THE GLA ROADS AND GLA SIDE ROADS (LAMBETH) RED ROUTE CONSOLIDATION TRAFFIC ORDER 2007 A3200 GLA SIDE ROAD (CONCERT HALL APPROACH) VARIATION ORDER 2024

1. Transport for London in consultation with the London Borough of Lambeth hereby gives notice that on 7th June 2024 it made the above named Order, under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 12th August 2024.

2. The general nature and effect of the Order will:

(1) Shorten the existing No Stopping At Any Time restrictions north-east side of Concert Hall Approach adjacent to its junction with York Road by 3 metres at its eastern end;

(2) Shorten the existing No Stopping At Any Time restrictions south-west side of Concert Hall Approach adjacent to its junction with York Road by 4 metres at its eastern end.

3. The roads which would be affected by the Order are the A3200 GLA Road – Concert Hall Approach in the London Borough of Lambeth.

4. A copy of the Order, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected by visiting our website at https://haveyoursay.tfl.gov.uk/tro and selecting the relevant borough and reference the Traffic Order relates to or by appointment during normal office hours at our office at the address below. Please note due to Hybrid working access to post is restricted and requests for documents may be delayed.

5. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
