Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 7 June 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 July 2024, ELOISE LYNDSEY GREEN of Cottage Farm Tomlow, Napton Road, Stockton C47 8HU, single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1)of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Eloise Lyndsey Smith-Davis and assumed the name of Eloise Lyndsey Green.
