An investigation has concluded in relation to the activity on your bank account with Lloyds Bank Plc.

This investigation was directed at the funds in your account. As a result of my investigation I secured an Account Freezing Order on 5th February 2024 under Section 303Z1 of Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, against one of your bank accounts.

The matter is now listed for a Forfeiture directions hearing at Cardiff Magistrates Court at 10am on 21st August 2024 for a forfeiture directions hearing to set a timetable.
