THE HACKNEY (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 2024

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the orders will be to introduce cycle hangars as follows

Road Name Location
Blurton Road Replace 2.5 metres of residents permit bay outside No. 65 Blurton Road with a cycle hangar;
Clifden Road Replace 2.5 metres of residents permit bay outside No. 130 Clifden Road with a cycle hangar;
Clonbrock Road (a) Replace 2.5 metres of residents permit bay side of No. 11 Nevill Road on Clonbrock Road with a cycle hangar.
(b) Replace 2.5 metres of residents permit bay side of Nos. 13 to 15 Nevill Road on Clonbrock Road with a cycle hangar;
Colenso Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay side of No. 9 Saratoga Road on Colenso Road with a cycle hangar;
Culford Grove Replace 2.5 metres of residents permit bay to the side of No. 123 Culford Road, on Culford Grove with a cycle hangar;
De Beauvoir Crescent Replace 5 metres of permit bay outside Nos.1 to 21 Regal Wharf Apartments, 58 De Beauvoir Crescent with two cycle hangars;
Duncan Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside Alden House, Duncan Road with a cycle hangar;
Eleanor Road Replace 2.5 metres of shared use bay opposite the side of No. 256 Richmond Road on Eleanor Road with a cycle hangar;
Finsbury Park Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 97 Finsbury Park Road with a cycle hangar;
Gore Road (a) Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 43 Gore Road with a cycle hangar;
(b) Replace 2.5 metres of shared use parking bay opposite No. 55 Gore Road with a cycle hangar;
Haberdasher Street Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside Nos. 93 to 103 Haberdasher Street with a cycle hangar;
Holmbury View Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 28 Holmbury View with a cycle hangar;
Kersley Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay side of Nos. 40 to 42 Kynaston Road on Kersley Road with a cycle hangar;
Mayola Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 87 Mayola Road with a cycle hangar.
Montague Road Replace 2.5 metres of shared use parking bay outside of Nos. 36 to 38 Montague Road with a cycle hangar;
New North Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside Nos. 15 to 19 New North Road with a cycle hangar;
Osbaldeston Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay to the side of No. 98 Cazenove Road on Osbaldeston Road with a cycle hangar;
Regents Row Replace 2.5 metres of shared use parking bay side of No. 1 Broadway Market on Regent’s Row with a cycle hangar;
Roding Road Replace 2.5 metres of residents permit bay to the side of No. 14 Ashenden Road on Roding Road with a cycle hangar;
Ruthven Street Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay side of No. 93 Lauriston Road on Ruthven Street with a cycle hangar;
Sandringham Road Replace 2.5 metres of shared use parking bay outside No. 65 Sandringham Road with a cycle hangar;
Scawfell Street Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay side of No. 229 Hackney Road on Scawfell Street with a cycle hangar;
Stevens Avenue Replace 2.5 metres of residents permit bay opposite Nos.14 to 15 Stevens Avenue with a cycle hangar;
Sydner Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay opposite No. 11 Sydner Road with a cycle hangar.

3. Alternatively, such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to consultation.parking@hackney.gov.uk.within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
