Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 25 May 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 29 July 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of ALAYAH GRACE LEWIS who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of ALAYAH GRACE FLETCHER and assumed the name of ALAYAH GRACE LEWIS.
