Notice is hereby given that on 29 August 2024 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by G C & A G Hogg LLP (partnership number: SO300163) with its registered office at 65 Northumberland Street, Edinburgh, EH3 6JQ, for an Order in terms of Section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006, as applied and modified in relation to LLPs by regulation 57 of the Limited Liability Partnerships (Application of Companies Acts 2006) Regulations 2009, to restore Russel + Aitken LLP (partnership number: SO300789) to the Register of Companies. In which Petition, Lord Sandison by interlocutor dated 30 August 2024 appointed any person having an interest to lodge answers thereto with the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within 21 days after such intimation, service or advertisement.
