ASSIGNMENT OF SHARE OF LIMITED PARTNER

Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 25 September 2024:

• FJ1 – VIII LLC ceased to be a partner in the Partnership and assigned its entire interest in the Partnership (represented as at the date of the assignment by €187.50 of Capital Contribution) to Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC.

• Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC became a limited partner in the Partnership.

In this notice, “Capital Contribution” bears the same meaning as in the limited partnership agreement dated 23 November 2007.
