Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 July 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 26 September 2024, I, David Chkharchkhalia, Flat 145D, Chatsworth Road, London, Hackney, E5 0LA Single and a Commonwealth Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of David Davut Turgay and assumed the name of David Chkharchkhalia.
