Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 September 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 8 October 2024, I, Melanie Jane Smith, 11 Warrington Terrace, Manchester Rd, Marsden, Huddersfield, HD7 6DR Widowed and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Melanie Jane Dalby and assumed the name of Melanie Jane Smith.
