Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 August 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 7 October 2024, I, Sarah Jacqueline Kirk, 49 Bibsworth Avenue, Broadway, Worcs WR12 7BG Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Sarah Jacqueline Phillips and assumed the name of Sarah Jacqueline Kirk.
