Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 05/07/2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 18/10/2024, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of KABAK, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of KABAK and assumed the name of KABAK.
