Trust Deed: All such right and interest in the option to purchase in relation to an Option Agreement dated 25 March 2002 made between Geoffrey Lawrence Mitchell and Mary Elizabeth Mitchell (1) and CCCOutdoors Limited (2) registered on the freehold of the property described as Land and buildings lying to the South West of Hostingley Lane, Stilington at entry C1 of the Proprietorship Register under title number WYK111707.

Property: The Property described as Land and buildings lying to the South West of Hostingley Lane, Stilington being the land comprised in the above mentioned Trust Deed

2. In pursuance of the powers granted by s.1013 of the Companies Act 2006 the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the company vested when the company was dissolved) hereby disclaims the Crown's beneficial title (if any) in the Property arising under the said trust deed, the vesting of the Property having come to her notice on 31 October 2024.
